A new skincare and lifestyle brand that encourages the practice of mindfulness, ritual and conscious consuming. Our approach to the strategy, UI design and customer journey took a confident step away from conventions normally used in the eCommerce environment. We introduced the notion of space and time, seeking to slow down the fast-paced nature of consumerism, opting instead for a more purposeful interaction that embodied both product and wellbeing as foundational elements of the brand experience. We’ve been integrating a more immersive and conscious digital brand experience that reflects their core values, focussing primarily on mindfulness, authenticity and balance. In creating a customer journey that removes distraction and provides space for conscious thought, we’re able to establish a sense of quiet consumerism, resonating with the brand’s foundation for a focus on self care.
